PORTFOLIO INFORMATION

WHAT IS A PORTFOLIO?

A portfolio is a record book or also considered a scrapbook. For Cloverbuds it is more of a scrapbook, documenting all of their activities throughout the year. We strongly encourage all of our 4-Hers to submit a portfolio each year. This is a great memory book to review all past years of 4-H and it will not disappoint! This book should be worked on throughout the year and not left to last minute planning and compilation. See a typical portfolio at our next 4-H meeting. You should always bring your camera to every 4-H event. As kids get older and into the Project Ages, they will include their Project Records inside of their Portfolio.

• Ages 5-8 (Cloverbuds)

  • Submit an Outstanding member application
     

• Ages 9-19 (Juniors and Seniors)

  • Instructions for Porftolios - 3rd Graders and Up

  • Submit an Outstanding member application
     

Awards:

• Cloverbuds will get an award ribbon and a 1st year pin for a submitted portfolio turned into the 4-H office.
   

• Project age kids that turn in a Portfolio with Project Records will get an award ribbon and a pin for every project that they have completed.
