Club Charter - A very important document to read so that you know what is required to be a member of our 4-H Club.

General Club Monthly Meeting Goals:
- community service activity
- leadership roles as a club officer
- making new friends
- learning about other projects and county 4-h activities
- recreation, snacks and guest speakers
- giving presentations & demonstrations
- public speaking opportunities via project reports
- learning how to conduct a formal productive meeting via parliamentary procedure
- special cloverbud meetings during gen. club mtg

General Club Monthly Meeting Dates:
We request your attendance on the following EIGHT Fridays for 2014-2015 to be a bona fide member:

Oct. 3 (major agenda: enrollment, new mem mtg, project signups)
Nov. 7 (major agenda: elections; turn in fundraiser)
Dec. 5 (major agenda: community service)
Jan. 9 - presentations
Feb. TBD - Meeting Credit for attendance at Share the Fun Performance, 7pm
Mar. 6 - presentations
May 8 - presentations
August TBD - year end award party


The agenda generally follows something like this sample format for all but the Feb and Aug dates:
 

6:30 - 7:00

  • Setup / Social / Snacks
  • Community Service Mission Activity

7:00-8:30

  • Parliamentary Procedure w/ program by club members
  • Camp Cloverbud Activity for ages 5 thru 1st grade (2nd graders may opt for meeting or camp cloverbud)
