Club Charter - A very important document to read so that you know what is required to be a member of our 4-H Club.

The General Club meeting is normally held once a month. To be sure of the date, time and place, please be sure to always check the calendar and our home page for the most up to date information.

The agenda generally follows something like this sample format:
 

6:30 - 7:30

7:30-8:30

THINGS TO BRING LIST:

• Wear your 4-H Vest & bring your cameras

• Bring your portfolios & calendars

• Jr. Officer Campaign Posters - Elections are in Nov. so be prepared to campaign 6:30-7:30

• Bring enrollment forms, $15 club join fee and $5 for new portfolio (all payable to Nokesville 4-H)

• Vest Orders - $15 plus $8 for names(opt)

• All Bring a snack to share

• Bring a Community service item usually

• Leaders bring Project Info
